Logs

Logs record details about cube operations, such as builds, loads, and refreshes. They help you diagnose issues, monitor processing activities, and confirm that jobs have run successfully. Logs are only written if the cube is configured for logging in its settings.

Enable logging for a cube

  1. On the Administration page, select OLAP Manager from the menu.
  2. Select the cube you want to enable logging for from the list.
  3. In the Cube Details dialog, select Logging.
  4. Click Save.

View logs

  1. On the OLAP Manager page, select the same cube.
  2. In the Options panel on the right, click the Navigation panel.
  3. Select Logs. By default, logs are grouped by Group ID.
